Cornerstone's mission is to foster a teaching congregation that is Gathering, Growing and Going.
- Gathering: introducing people to Jesus Christ
- Growing: moving people from believer to follower
- Going: making a Gospel impact beyond the church
The strategy behind this mission is to challenge each individual to discover and advance through the four stages in the Tree of Life.

Loving God, Loving Others, Proclaiming Christ
With a focused mission and effective strategy, Cornerstone keeps a directed vision by having three core values.
- Loving God: "Jesus replied: 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.' This is the first and greatest commandment." - Matthew 22:37-38
- Loving Others: "And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments." - Matthew 22:39-40
- Proclaiming Christ: "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." - Matthew 28:19
