Dementia 101

Join the Wisdom Keepers in learning more about how to strengthen and support both those with cognitive changes and their care partners. We will share best practices as presented by City of Elgin’s Cherie Aschenbrenner & Glenna Godinsky. Cornerstone and all attendees will be certified as “dementia friendly”.
